Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can build any template and watch the complete film, with a watermark, before spending anything. Nothing is charged until you choose to unlock a creation, so you can confirm it’s exactly what you want first. Please review your names, dates, and details carefully before you buy.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content this right ends once delivery begins with your express consent. When you spend a credit to unlock and render a watermark-free film, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day cancellation right for that purchase. Credits themselves do not expire.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, for a creation you have unlocked or rendered, for typos or details you entered yourself, or for unused credits. Please make sure a film is right for you, using the free full preview, before purchasing.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If a film is faulty, for example a render fails, produces a corrupt file, or does not match the template you previewed because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will re-render it or, if we can’t put it right, refund it. You are always entitled to the remedies the Consumer Rights Act 2015 provides for faulty digital content.

If you think something has gone wrong, or you have a genuine exceptional circumstance, email hello@invitesforall.com with your account email and order details before disputing the charge. We review every message and, while purchases are non-refundable as a rule, we may use our discretion case by case. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
