Terms of Service

You need an account to purchase and download watermark-free films. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.

Building an invite and previewing it (with a watermark) is free. Purchasing a credit permanently unlocks one saved creation: you may edit it and re-download it in HD as many times as you like, from any device signed in to your account. There is no time limit and no limit on the number of edits or downloads. A credit unlocks that creation for the couple it names, so changing an invite into a different couple’s is a new creation and needs its own credit; correcting or changing a name on your own invite is ordinary editing and always included. Credits never expire, once you’ve bought them they remain on your account until you use them.

Prices are shown at checkout in GBP and include any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your card details. Purchasing a credit bundle grants the stated number of credits, which you may allocate to creations at any time. Because you preview the full film for free before buying and content is delivered immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable, save for your statutory rights if content is faulty. You keep ownership of the names, dates, and details you enter, and of any music you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to render and deliver your invite. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any details you provide.

Music is the part worth reading twice. When you upload a track you confirm that you own it or otherwise hold the rights to use it in a personal video, and that adding it to your invite does not infringe anyone else’s copyright. Most commercially released music is licensed for personal listening only, not for use in a video you share or publish, so if you are unsure, assume you need permission. We do not clear music rights on your behalf, and your purchase covers the film we render, never a licence to the music inside it. You remain responsible for how you share the finished film.

We store your uploaded track only to render your invite. Replacing or removing it in the builder deletes the stored file, once no invite of yours still uses it. If you believe content on this service infringes your copyright, email hello@invitesforall.com and we will review it and remove infringing material where appropriate. We may remove an upload or suspend an account for repeat infringement.

The template artwork, animations, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use your rendered film for your own event. You may not resell the templates, redistribute the artwork, or attempt to remove watermarks from preview files.

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, infringing, or offensive content.
• Do not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or bypass the paywall or watermarking.
• Do not resell or sublicense access to the Service.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted. We may update templates, features, and these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant creation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
